Pension Awareness Week 2024 was a five-day engagement event, aiming to empower members to better understand and value their Civil Service pension, and help them plan for their financial future. Each day, members could attend live webinars hosted by pensions experts on various topics, with presentations, demonstrations, polls, frequently asked questions and more.

In 2015, the government introduced changes to public service pensions. From 1 April 2022, all current members will be moved to alpha, and those affected by the 2015 Remedy will be offered a choice at retirement regarding which benefits they prefer. The Pension Portal is a convenient and quick way to manage your pension. Inside your secure Pension Portal account, you can view and print copies of your P60 and payslips, look up the yearly Pensions Increase and update your personal details.

You can attend as many as you wish, but as the sessions are ran twice a day, with the same content, there's no need to book twice on any one day.
