Helen began working for Civil Service Pensions in 2003 where she joined DWP, holding a number of management positions before becoming Service Delivery Manager for all Scottish clients. Helen moved to MyCSP upon vesting and in 2017 became an Account Manager, using a more strategic approach with employers. As the role changed to become the current Employer Relationship Manager, Helen now manages the relationship with a number of both Government and New Fair Deal Employers
Amy began work for Civil Service Pensions in September 2008, where she joined DWP as a Pension Administrator. Amy moved to MyCSP upon vesting where she has had held a number of roles across the business, most recently managing the Internal Training function within MyCSP as well as helping to deliver training services to both members and employers of the scheme. In July 2018, Amy joined the Employer Relationship Management Team as an Employer Relationship Manager and now looks after a number of both Government and New Fair Deal employers.
Louise began work for MyCSP in 2015 and has managed several teams within operations, most recently managing the Early Exits Team where she worked with many employing departments, both Government and New Fair Deal employers, to ensure the delivery of exit schemes.
In August 2024, Louise joined the Employer Relationship Management Team as an Employer Relationship Manager and now looks after a number of Government employers.
