Summary
The 2024-25 Member Engagement Survey is now live. The survey gives Civil Service Pensions members the chance to share their views and help shape future improvements to the service.
The survey opens today, Wednesday, 16 April 2025, and will close on Friday, 31 October 2025.
Participants will also have the opportunity to enter a prize draw to win a £100 shopping voucher.
Share the survey link with your employees from today.
Promote participation through internal communications such as intranet posts, newsletters, or team briefings.
Encourage staff to take part and provide feedback based on their experiences with Civil Service Pensions.
Why it matters
The feedback collected helps us better understand member needs and expectations. Insights from the survey will guide how we improve communication, support, and overall experience for pension scheme members.
