Summary

  • The 2024-25 Member Engagement Survey is now live. The survey gives Civil Service Pensions members the chance to share their views and help shape future improvements to the service.
  • The survey opens today, Wednesday, 16 April 2025, and will close on Friday, 31 October 2025.
  • Participants will also have the opportunity to enter a prize draw to win a £100 shopping voucher.

  • Promote participation through internal communications such as intranet posts, newsletters, or team briefings.
  • Encourage staff to take part and provide feedback based on their experiences with Civil Service Pensions.

  • The feedback collected helps us better understand member needs and expectations. Insights from the survey will guide how we improve communication, support, and overall experience for pension scheme members.
