Detail

SoWs submitted prior to 1st October 2024

MyCSP will be splitting out SoWs submitted prior to 1st October 2024 into two parts:

  1. Data-correction work
  2. All additional requests

As such, MyCSP will contact you in the coming months with two separate SoWs:

  1. A data correction SoW. If MyCSP does not yet hold the data relating to your SoW, we will request it from you at this point. You will need to send that data to MyCSP within 2 months of this request. If this isn't possible then the SOW will be paused to allow for continued prioritisation and may not be able to be completed, until after transition. Please note there may be Remedy data implications that may prevent uploading of the correction data, if this is the case further discussions with the ERM may be needed.
  2. A SoW covering any additional requirements or actions. These will be addressed in line with available resource, and as such may not be costed or completed before cutover to the new Scheme Administrator.

MyCSP will start contacting employers about SoWs received prior to 1st October 2024. Employers will be contacted by their ERM about individual SoWs by the end of December 2024. We ask you to please bear with us whilst we do so and we appreciate your patience during this time.

New SoWs submitted from 1st October 2024

From 1st October 2024, MyCSP will be treating SOWs differently with data correction work being separated from any additional requirements or actions.

As such, any SoW requests submitted from 1st October 2024 will need to follow the below process:

  1. Submit a completed SoW request form covering your data correction only, to ERMs@mycsp.co.uk. Include the accompanying manual interface with the revised data alongside the request form. The SoW will not be processed if the data is not provided at this point. Please note there may be Remedy data implications that may prevent uploading of the correction data, if this is the case discussions with the ERM may be needed.
  2. If required, submit a second completed SoW request form covering any non-data correction requirements, E.G revised ABS, PSS, revisions to benefits etc. This should also be sent to ERMs@mycsp.co.uk.

Once you have submitted your SoW request/s, MyCSP will:

  1. Undertake an initial review of the request.
  2. Return any data-correction SoWs where the data is not provided.
  3. Return any SoW request where data corrections and additional work have not been separated into separate SoW requests.
  4. Cost the data correction SoW and return it to you for approval and a purchase order (PO) number.
  5. On receipt of the PO, work will be scheduled with the MyCSP Interface Team based on available resource and capacity. No scheduling will take place until a PO is received from you.
  6. MyCSPs Interface Team will liaise with employers regarding the loading of the data and any queries.
  7. MyCSP will log all SoWs covering any additional requirements. These will be addressed in line with available resource, and as such may not be costed or completed before cutover to the new Scheme Administrator.
