Distribution

  • Distribution of the Active Member Newsletter will commence on 15 July 2024
  • Distribution will be via email only
  • Email notifications will be issued within ABS notifications being sent at this time
  • Members who received ABS notifications between 1 - 15 July will receive a separate newsletter email notification at the end of ABS distribution, from 31 August.

At 9am on Monday 15 July, we will be publishing a member news article to promote the newsletter, which you will be able to access here.

Employers can repurpose the wording of this article to share on their intranets, through internal communications channels and networks.

Active Newsletter content

The newsletter contains:

  • An update from Civil Service Reward Director, Simon Claydon
  • Information about both Annual Benefit Statements and Pension Saving Statements, including the impact the 2015 Remedy is having on both this year
  • A link to take part in the annual Member Engagement Survey
  • A preview of what’s coming in 2024, which includes:
    • A limited run of 2015 Remedy Pension Power sessions
    • A third season of the Civil Service Pensions Podcast
    • Beginner Guide video series

Member Engagement Survey

  • The 2023/24 Member Engagement Survey offers members the opportunity to share how they feel about the scheme.
  • This will help shape our communications and engagement approach for 2025.
  • We’re also offering participants the opportunity to take part in a £100 prize draw.
