1. You will need to identify individuals in your organisation to register for training. Pension leads and staff members who have a delegated responsibility in the administration of the Civil Service pension scheme should complete the training.
2. You will need to provide Scheme Administrator with users’ details, so they can create an online profile for them. To do this, complete the User Profile template in Annex A and return it to ERMs@mycsp.co.uk.
3. You should be aware of the deadlines for completing the EAG’s individual training modules, shown below.
1. The Scheme Administrator has designed an online, e-learning tool called Employer Administration Guidance (EAG). EAG contains five modules designed to highlight employers’ roles and responsibilities in administering the Civil Service pension arrangements.
2. Employers who have not yet done so are required to register as soon as possible and complete the modules in line with the following timetable.

6. The Scheme Administrator will conduct an annual review of all user profiles and delete profiles no longer required.
7. Confirmation of completed training modules for relevant staff in your organisation may be included in future Annual Assurance Statements (AAS).
