Action: To read and act on the Employer Impact Documents attached to this EPN
Timing: Immediate
- At the employer engagement events in March 2014, we explained that the 2015 Implementation Team would provide you with a series of documents setting out the differences between the current pension arrangements and the 2015 scheme.
- The first two documents were attached to EPN383, covering Eligibility and Enrolment. This EPN provides the final three 'Impact Documents' in the series. The attached documents cover:
- Added Years/Added Pension;
- Effective Pension Age;
- Ill Health Retirement.
- The Impact Documents explain the changes that you will need to make to your existing guidance and processes.
It is important that you read all of the Impact Documents carefully and make the necessary changes.
