Background
- We have become aware of a problem with the Re-joiner Questionnaire and Calculator. When keying in the field ‘When did they leave?’ if you put a date greater than 01/01/2010 you get an error message stating ‘A user has restricted values that can be entered into this cell’. This has now been corrected.
Action
- To delete the old version of the Re-joiner Questionnaire and Calculator (Rev May 2008) from your system and download the latest version (Rev Jan 2010) which is attached to this EPN or from our website. If you use a shared service provider for recruitment purposes, please ensure that they have access to the latest version.
