Action: Note the changes to Annex 4D of the EPG held on the CSP website. (If you hold a hard copy of the EPG, destroy existing Annex 4D and replace by printing off the new version from the website.)

Some employers have asked where they should send their completed partnership pension forms. The provider addresses issued in EPN 33 (revised) differed from the addresses shown on the provider’s designated Civil Service websites. The providers have now updated their websites with their correct addresses and we have now updated Annex 4D of the Employers’ Guide.
