From 1 April 2022, Public Body Employers will be admitted to the Civil Service pension arrangements, Alpha (Civil Servants and Others pension scheme) only, under Sections 25(5) of the Public Service Pensions Act 2013.
Employers admitted to the Principal Civil Service Service Pension Scheme (PCSPS) under Section 1(4A) of the Superannuation Act 1972.
